This policy covers the telos.example marketing site. It does not describe how the Telos products handle your operational data — that is governed by your deployment agreement.

Information we collect
When you submit the access form or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, organization, role, work email, and the details you write about the infrastructure you run. We do not buy or enrich this information from third parties.
How we use it
- To review your access request and decide whether there's a fit.
- To reach out to you about access, and only about that unless you ask for more.
- To improve how we explain Telos — in aggregate, never by singling you out.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we don't add you to a drip campaign. There are no pre-checked consent boxes anywhere on this site.
Retention & your choices
We keep access-request details only as long as needed to evaluate and follow up. To see, correct, or delete what you've shared, email privacy@telos.exampleand we'll act on it.
